Healing From Infidelity Course

This 6 WEEK 1:1 coaching course is designed to help you heal your heart, soul, and spirit after infidelity. A journey to help you find yourself again. Each week Teressa will provide you with the tools you need to feel, deal, and heal from infidelity. Together you will create a plan that is customized to you and your healing. Work with a coach who understands and has healed her deep seeded traumas, including infidelity after 15 years of marriage and a traumatic health event.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Session One

    We’ll take a deep look at where you are today and where you want to be. We review Dos and Don’ts during the various phases of infidelity recovery.

  • Session Two

    We review the Energy Elevator and how your energy impacts you and those around you. Learn how to pivot from negative to positive in a few short, simple steps.

  • Session Three

    A review of the 7 Main Energy points in the body called Chakras and how to use them in your healing.

  • Session Four

    Boundaries, boundaries, boundaries. Learning about codependent relationships and finding balance in your life and your relationships.

  • Session Five

    This officially becomes the start of using the strategies you’ve learned and commit to using them going forward. Committing to taking back your power and owning your journey.

  • Session Six

    As we wrap up the course, we review where you started and where you are now. We discuss concerns and strategies to implement when old patterns arise.
